4. Booking and Payments

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system.
Payments for online sessions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details or payment information on our servers.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged in full, at the discretion of the therapist.

• Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others, or court orders).

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide professional, ethical, and evidence-based guidance, Psychologist Goutham and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or our services.
